Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Digital platform services are accessible immediately after payment confirmation. Consulting services and physical 3D-printed products will be delivered in accordance with the timelines agreed in the respective contracts.

| Cancellations & Refunds |
Due to the bespoke nature of our physical 3D-printed items and consulting/engineering services, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once work has commenced.
For recurring digital platform subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Billing will cease from the next billing cycle after your cancellation request is processed.
